Character Profile Form

When you create an OC, just fill out the following form with their details and post it in the original characters forum. A member of staff will then have to approve your character before you can RP with them. Just copy and paste the form. 1 OC per topic, the dots are where the info goes. When you post a profile for a new character, you have to wait for that character to be approved before you can post the profile for another character.

For the RP sample just write a paragraph or so as you would in a real roleplay. You can include other OCs or canon characters, so long as if those characters aren't yours you get permission from their player. If you're not sure about that part, leave it blank and maybe send a request to the RP school? Just put a reason you're not sure underneath the profile. For help, look at OCs that have already been approved.
